At Hearthstone Financial, we’re committed to providing value through personalized budgeting and financial coaching services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be granted.
1. General Policy
All services, including but not limited to budgeting sessions, strategy calls, or financial coaching packages, are non-refundable once delivered or partially used. Your payment reserves our time and expertise, which is limited and in high demand.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: You may request a full refund or apply the payment to a future session.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: No refund will be issued. We may, at our discretion, allow a one-time courtesy reschedule.

No-shows: Missed sessions without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
3. Service Satisfaction
If you feel that a service did not meet your expectations, please email us within 3 days of your session. We do not guarantee outcomes, but we are open to discussing your concerns and — where appropriate — may offer a credit toward a future session on a case-by-case basis.
4. Digital Products (If Applicable)
If you purchase a digital download (e.g., worksheets, templates, or guides), all sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once the file has been delivered.
